Here you will have to complete tasks to collect all the stars, with constantly changing conditions. The conditions in this arcade game are dictated by microbes, which in every possible way prevent you from completing missions. They block the entrances and exits to the star collection zones, attack your ball, getting in the way. Try to read the prefaces to each level carefully, as they describe the tasks very clearly.
