Who is this Tio (or Tayo)? Yes, some one-eyed silicone ball that can change its shape. It easily turns orange at your command Z, X-and it turns into a green sort of Slime, and press C-it turns blue and hardens. What kind of creature it is, and what else it can do other than move right, left, up and down, is known, perhaps, only to the authors of the game.

This ball, as I will call it for convenience, must walk around the premises of some laboratory, where it was obviously made. To overcome obstacles, it seems that you can't do without a certain logic.
