The customer is always right, says the old adage of marketers. Even if you, as a salesperson, know that you have not made a mistake, you must convince the client that this is their right, the right to choose, because he (she) is on the pedestal of the trading pyramid. Those who want to make money from their own business should never forget about the quality of their own customer service. There are small trade secrets, different, in different parts of the world. If you recognize them, you will be the happiest businessman in the world, and, of course, do not forget to smile at the client.

Orders from customers are formed in the lower part of the game space in the form of cards with the image of the customer and the required product. After the order appears, you must immediately start searching for the requested item on the shelves, comparing its image on the card with what is on the counter. When you find the desired item, click on it. Speed of service is a fundamental factor on the way to success and career of a professional salesperson, remember this!
