If the distance between the sites is large, it is more appropriate to use a double one, but if the hole is small, use a single one.

However, the purpose of these jumps is not only for the safety of the panda itself. She also needs to collect coins on the run. The more coins the panda collects on a level, the more stars the player will get for completing. However, the main goal of the panda is to reach the finish line. Remember, the panda runs all the time and never stops, so you will only have breaks between levels (if of course you will successfully pass them).
